Refund Policy

30-Day Policy

Plum & Vibe offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and neatly folded in the original packaging.

Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
  1. Email returns@plumandvibe.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will get back to you within 24 hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Send the item(s) back to us following the provided instructions.

Return Inspection and Refund:
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your item(s), we'll notify you via email of the status of your return.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note it may take up to 15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notes:
Returns must be requested via email before sending any items back.
Swim bodysuit must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns on swim bodysuit that have been worn or tried on without underwear cannot be accepted.

Exchanges:
To get your new item as quickly as possible, we recommend initiating a return for the unwanted item first. After your return is received and approved, you can then proceed to place a new order for the desired item. This streamlined process helps to ensure that you get the correct item in a timely manner.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at returns@plumandvibe.com.au. We will address and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have questions about these items before purchasing, please reach out to us – we are here to help.
