All Orders
For all deliveries, both within Australia and internationally, we rely on the trusted services of Australia Post. A secure delivery address is crucial for a smooth delivery process. Delivery times provided are estimates from when we dispatch your order, and while we strive to meet these timelines, please be aware that unexpected delays can occur. Shipping costs will be finalised at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number to follow your order's progress upon dispatch. You can track your order via Australia Post Tracking.

If an attempted delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to organise redelivery at the standard shipping rate.

Australian Orders
Delivery times generally range from 2-8 business days for standard shipping and 1-4 business days for express shipping, following the dispatch of your order. Please be aware that unexpected events, such as natural disasters, can affect delivery times.

International Orders
Typically, international deliveries take 4-27 business days post-dispatch. Delivery schedules will vary by country and depend on the local postal services. As with domestic orders, international delivery times may be influenced by unforeseen events.

Import Duties
For orders outside Australia, recipient countries may classify the goods as imports, subjecting them to import duties and taxes. The assigned shipping carrier will use your order details to reach out to you for payment of these charges. Unpaid duties resulting in a return will invoke our refund policy.
